Conceived during lockdown, I designed and built an innovative app for the Chicago Bears to help players maintain peak performance during the off-season. The app ensured continued contact between key staff, coaches, and players, helping them feel connected and part of the team. It provided personalised guidance on fitness, mental and physical health, and detailed nutrition plans, supporting performance and recovery. This tool helped players stay on track, even when on-site physical training was not possible, ensuring they remained engaged and supported throughout the year.
